What is Governance?
Governance is the way that the community, as a whole, can decide where the platform goes, and how it evolves over time. We'll be introducing a complete governance center where you, as the user, can submit proposals for changes on the platform with SoMee points, and then vote on them during active voting periods with the SoMee Governance Token (ONG). Those proposals that are ratified will reward ONG as well as a few points to the user who suggested it and will be added to the roadmap for development.
What is advertising staking?
Advertising staking will allow users to stake SAT for advertising campaigns that they like or think will do well; once the advertising campaign is over, revenue is split between the platform and all users who staked SAT.
What is Staking?
In simple terms, staking allows you to take a token and hold on to it for a longer period of time for either better liquidity, more utility, or better rewards. Here at somee, we do staking on many levels, from increased voting power to advertising staking, to yield farming.
What is ONG?
ONG is our governance/utility token which you can use to STAKE for SAT yield farming - and for voting on the future of our platform. Current holders of ONG v1 will be able to convert over to the new SOMEE token here soon.
What exchanges is ONG on?
You can check CoinGecko for the list of exchanges for the ONG and new SOMEE token.
What will ONG be used for?
ONG is used for governance and for staking for SAT Yield farming.
What is SAT?
SAT is the SoMee Advertising Token; it's used by the advertisers to build their campaigns, and also used by users to stake for their campaign of choice for the part of the ad revenue generated by that campaign on the platform.
What was the SAT IDO Price?
The IDO price was .005
When will ONG governance be added?
We will be working on this starting 9/2021 and should be available within a few months after that.
What is HIVE?
Hive is a blockchain, similar to Steem, that allows you to earn when you post; all posts on the SoMee ecosystem are also HIVE posts - so you earn HIVE as well as SME (our HIVE-based token) for posting.
What is a sidechain?
A sidechain is another blockchain that we post information.
What is a Power-Up Package?
A power-up package is a set package you can buy that will increase your GFUEL and subsequently voting power on the platform so that you can earn more when voting and posting
What is GFUEL?
GFUEL is what drives your voting power; the more GFUEL you have, the higher the voting power you have at the start of the day.
What is Voting Power?
Voting power determines how strong your individual votes are worth; for example, you could vote someone at 100% voting power, in which case, you could give them quite a big reward; or vote at 10% and have more votes to cast during the day.
When will ONG Staking for SAT Yield farming be available?
We are currently working on the deployment of these contracts on 6/4/2021 and should have it out in the next few days.
When will SAT be useable on the platform?
We project that the advertising platform may be available by 9/2021

What is SoMee?
SoMee is a social media application that offers users a free speech platform to say, mostly, whatever they want; we believe in control and privacy and security - users have full control over their content, have full control over who sees their content and information, and believe that security on the social media apps is one of the topmost concerns. We are redefining what social media is by giving YOU, the user, an equal voice online with all other users.
How do I earn on the platform?
Simply post, comment, like, and share. Anytime you upvote or downvote, post, or people do the same to your posts, you earn.
How do I make a withdrawal?
You can withdraw your earnings by going to your wallet, doing your verifications, adding your payment method, and simply transferring your earnings to any token, or currency that is supported. Note, you must be KYC verified to withdrawal from the platform, as they are financial transactions.
What is KYC?
KYC means 'Know Your Customer' it is a way for companies, applications, and platforms, to verify that the person you are dealing with, is a real person. We use KYC because we do financial transactions on the platform. Don't worry, though, no one has access to your information, even at SoMee - the system verifies all of that for us.

What are Short Videos?
Short videos are a unique way to share yourself or stories throughout the day; they will appear at the top of your newsfeed and are usually under 3 minutes long.
How do I post a video?
We will be adding live videos and video uploads here soon (check the roadmap); but, to add one, you just click on the video, upload the video you want, and it'll be a post object you can share with everyone
How do I call someone?
We will be adding live video calls here soon; to call someone, simply click their profile and click 'message' then click the call button (audio or video) to start a chat with them.

How much is a like worth on the platform?
It really depends on how much voting power the person has, as well as their overall 'gravity' on the platform. Those who post more often, or are more active, tend to have stronger votes, as they tend to have more voting power. And the weight of the vote also counts. It's difficult to give you an exact value. But, the higher the voting power, the more the weight, the higher the vote is worth.
What is Skrill and Tipalti?
Both of these companies are our long-time partners - they allow you to cash out your points (SME) to USD via fiat or crypto credit card. Depending on your country, you will usually use Tipalti, but if you cannot, then Skrill is there to back you up. In all, we can serve about 190 of the 195 countries out there across the world.

One significant quality, which makes blockchain technology a revolutionary product is its decentralization. In order to get rid of these exchange intermediaries, decentralized exchanges were developed which do not require an entity to process transactions.
This project gives us a very good profit. I see more people joining every day, which is great for this platform. Excellent and excellent trading project, keep up the good work.
